5th Annual Boots & Bling Gala to Support Female Veterans on November 4 at Santa Maria Radisson

Operation WEBS is excited to announce we've postponed the September 10th Gala to November 4th, at 6 PM at the Radisson Hotel in Santa Maria, in anticipation of another high energy, sold-out charity event. The postponement is an opportunity to showcase the latest luxury tiny house on wheels (THOW) we built with our partners at the California Mid State Fair in Paso Robles this past July, it was too great to let pass. Unanimously, we decided it's best to postpone the gala until the THOW is complete that we may have it on tour for all to enjoy, ask questions, and see how their donations have contributed to OpWEBS mission. To add to the excitement, our out of area premier partners are now able to attend, share in the excitement, network with our local partners, and meet the women veterans we've served. Also with overwhelming joy, I'd like to share with you that the THOW build at Mid State Fair with our Union Trades partners was such an incredible success, the Fair Board has invited us back to build our THOW annually, for years to come. We are extremely grateful for their generosity and warm welcome! Now each November at the gala we will have our THOW on tour.

It's through immediate housing placement that OpWEBS has been providing safe housing for vulnerable, unsheltered, and sheltered women veterans living on the Central Coast since 2018. Like you, our members want to support veterans who are faced with the unfortunate circumstance of homelessness. So, we have taken bold action to raise awareness. We want to invite you to bravely join our commitment to serve!

OpWEBS is also creating a the first THOW working farm community on the Central Coast where women veterans will be encouraged and supported, to rebuild their lives through empowerment, camaraderie, veteran services, new career services, and community support services away from the distractions of day to day life. Our mission is to build a community of safe, affordable, high-quality housing solutions for women veterans in need of stability. Our vision is to grow our resources and partners, that we may develop a tiny house farming community where women veterans can grow together, feel safe and supported to rebuild their lives together after military service.

OpWEBS sincerely hope you will attend the gala! This will be a fun-filled night of networking, auction bidding, fine dining, dancing, and camaraderie for all who attend. We encourage big cowboy hats, boots, gowns, and bling for this evenings attire. Hotels rooms at the Radisson Hotel are also available at a discounted rate for ticket holders. Seats and rooms are limited so please show your support early.

The VIP Social hour is exclusive to our Premier Partners. Premier partnership opportunities remain available until October 14, 2022. General admission tickets are on sale now on our website operationwebs.org, Eventbrite, Facebook, and Instagram at operationwebs. Auction items are exceptionally generous on every level!

This is by far, OpWEBS most celebrated event of the year to raise awareness, financial support, and hope for homeless women veterans!
