I live and lead at the intersection of connection, curiosity, and compassion. In my nonprofit work I build trust, spark collaboration, and design community-centered strategies that strengthen social health and belonging for older adults.

As I wrap up my graduate program and continue my rare-disease advocacy, I combine lived experience with systems thinking to uplift underrepresented voices and create inclusive engagement that actually works. Whether I’m partnering with organizations, supporting patients and caregivers, or chatting with neighbors (I’ve somehow become the unofficial “mayor” of our cul-de-sac), I believe connection is one of the most underestimated tools for real change.

I recharge by birding and being bossed around on walks by my dog Bowie — a daily nudge to slow down, look up.
