Special Olympics Tip-A-Cop

Dear Friends and Community Partners, Kevin Pearce here, Chief Ranger with California State Parks Oceano Dunes District and I am volunteering at next week’s South County Tip-A-Cop fundraiser, aimed at raising funds for our Special Olympic Athletes. Your local law enforcement community has a longstanding relationship supporting this great group of athletes and organization. I appreciate your time in considering a donation to our South County drive-thru event, or one of the other sit-down dinners being planned in San Luis Obispo County. Thank you to many of you who are already involved both personally and professionally, in donating your time and money, and for those that may be new to the Special Olympics organization or this fundraising event, I welcome you to consider donating to the Special Olympics and supporting these amazing athletes. The South County event will be a drive-thru experience, so if you rather enjoy an evening dining and visiting with friends, I recommend looking to the 3 other dates for dine-in experiences available to you.
