What is Day of Hope?
Day of Hope is not just another day on the calendar; it's a day to benefit local cancer patients at Mission Hope Cancer Center, Arroyo Grande.
Arroyo Grande Community Hospital is joining Marian Regional Medical Center, in partnership with the Santa Maria Times, to present the Day of Hope on Wednesday, August 21, 2024. A special Day of Hope edition newspaper of the Santa Maria Times features compelling patient stories and photography illustrating the vital medical care that Mission Hope Cancer Center provides. This year, the Day of Hope teams will hit the streets to sell these special edition newspapers for $1.00 from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. throughout the Five Cities. Through newspaper sales and online fundraising efforts, we can make a difference in our community.
