Cleared For Cheer Get ready to celebrate the season at Cleared for Cheer, a free, family-friendly holiday event taking place at Oceano Airport on Saturday, December 13, 2025, from 4 to 7 PM. Hosted by the County of San Luis Obispo Department of Airports, the event will feature a festive lineup of activities including a holiday drone show, live music, snow play, hands-on crafts, food trucks, and a Holiday Makers Market with local vendors. Guests are invited to bring a non-perishable food item or an unwrapped toy to support the Lucia Mar Unified School District’s Families in Transition Program and the Salvation Army, helping local families in need during the holidays. With coastal views, aviation fun, and seasonal cheer, Cleared for Cheer is the perfect way to kick off the holidays in SLO County.
