The guest speaker for this month's meeting will be Geoff English, General Manager of Central Coast Blue Regional Recycled Water Authority, a new Joint Powers Authority established by the Cities of Grover Beach, Pismo Beach and Arroyo Grande for the purpose of financing, constructing, and operating an Advance Water Purification Facility. This meeting is chaired by South County Chambers of Commerce Board Director, Marshall Brown.

The South County Chambers of Commerce recognizes the necessity of properly balanced legislation for enhancement and encouragement of the free enterprise system.
