DESCRIPTION:Learn about organizational culture from local experts at CultureStoke: what it is\, why it is important\, and how you can build an organization to attract and retain highly talented and engaged employees for sustained success and growth through its people and its culture.\n\n\n\nFounder and "Culture Cultivator" Marty Imes from CultureStoke helps people and organizations grow by building best-in-class company culture. Prior to starting CultureStoke in 2016\, Marty was the Director of Vision & Culture for a Fortune Magazine rated #12 "Best Small Company to Work For." In his free time\, Marty likes to search for waves\, camp with family\, and listen to lectures by Alan Watts.\n\n\n\nCo-Founder and Culture Cultivator Wes Love has a BA in Organizational Leadership and a Masters of Science in Leadership & Management Studies. Through his experience in coaching\, consulting\, workshops\, and speaking engagements\, Wes is on a mission to make the Central Coast an amazing place to work.\n\n\n\nThe luncheon buffet menu from Chef Frank includes chicken Piccata\, Rigatoni Al Forno\, oven-roasted vegetables\, Caesar salad\, and house-made Focaccia bread. The dessert will be apple cobbler\, and beverages will include iced tea\, lemonade\, and water. Complimentary valet parking will be available for all luncheon guests. Music and sound for this event will be provided by Epic Entertainment.\n\n\n\nSpace is limited and this is a pre-paid event. No walk-ins can be admitted. Registration is $35 for members of South County Chambers of Commerce and $45 for nonmembers.\n\n\n\nRefund policy: If you wish to request a refund\, please contact the Chamber at least 24 hours prior to the start of the event. You may also elect to send a substitute in your place. Fees will not be refunded for events not attended by payee unless a refund is requested at least 24 hours in advance. We are not able to apply fees towards a different event.
